This closely mirrors the #1 regret I’ve heard over and over in career coaching and in my 25 years as a recruiter:

You’re not scrambling to show up…

You’ve been showing up all along.

The key is to find visibility vehicles that energize you—not drain you—and commit to showing up in those spaces regularly.

Because the result is twofold:

1. Others know who you are and what you offer.
2. And you feel more confident asking for what you need, because you’ve already been giving, connecting, and contributing all along.
