Dear Awesome Job Seekers and Career Changers,
You got this.
Hey, I know it’s not easy to change things up – even when it makes all the sense in the world. I get it. As a career guide and job search strategist for women working in corporate America, I see the challenges you face.
If you’re reading this right now, you are at a crossroad! You’re not totally satisfied, and you’re not totally ticked off about your job either.
Maybe you feel tired of being undervalued, and you’re ready to put more bounce in your step. You’re tentative about being bold, and you’re feeling safe about staying where you are.
Many people recognize and value your analytical side. That’s where you spend a lot of time. Yet, you also have a whole other side of your authentic being that is being ignored.
You see patterns and the interconnectedness of many things.
You see potential obstacles before they happen.
You have visionary thinking to see the whole picture.
You think out of the box and trust your gut.
You’re so done with the labels and, quite frankly, I don’t blame you!
You’re ready to be transformed, but the “how” is a little cloudy.
This I know with 100% confidence: Reconnecting your career with your true nature is the best path. Trust your inner voice. Be guided by it. Embrace it. Listen to it.
The answers are inside you.
