Meet Laurie
Your Transformation Coach
Laurie began her journey studying business and information technology at the University of Texas Hook ‘em Horns!). Her career kicked off as a software engineer, but she soon followed her heart and transitioned into technology recruiting and software sales.
In 1995, Laurie founded The Laso Corporation, transforming it into a multi-million-dollar boutique information technology search firm. Around 2010, Laurie knew it was time for a new direction. She leaned into her passion for supporting women to achieve their career dreams and embraced her natural intuitive coaching instincts.
Certified as a coach in 2015, Laurie is an expert in guiding women through job search, career advancement, or a career pivot with ease.
Her practical expertise spans up-leveling her clients’ personal branding materials, helping build interviewing and negotiation skills, cultivating leadership and career presence, and creating a career plan to move their career dreams forward confidently and authentically.
But Laurie’s real secret sauce is connecting the work her clients are doing with their authentic selves. Her clients reconnect with their inner wisdom by leaning into spirit-centered tools, becoming experts at managing their thoughts regulating their energy, and building belief in themselves so that they have greater energy, fun, prosperity, and freedom in their careers and lives.

She is a mentor and coach for AnitaB, Chicago Innovation and Executive’s Club of Chicago.
Married for over three decades, she has two adult children and enjoys walking among trees, independent films, poker nights with friends, making connections for people, and learning from others. A personal and spiritual growth enthusiast, Laurie loves hearing miracle stories and is always happy to share one of her own—just ask!
