I am obsessed with the podcast The Telepathy Tapes. Hosted by Ky Dickens, it’s currently in its second season, but I’m still deep in season one—completely hooked.

The episodes dive into something fascinating: how children with low or no verbal skills communicate through mental telepathy. Parents, teachers, and caregivers share hundreds of stories of mind-reading moments—experiences so precise, they leave no doubt that thoughts and energy are being exchanged in ways we don’t fully understand.

In controlled tests, these kids accurately “read” the minds of adults who silently think of a number, word, or phrase. Even more astonishing? Sometimes, it’s the adults who pick up on the child’s thoughts. Ky and her guests explore the idea of a “field” where this nonverbal communication happens—some receive images, others hear words.

All of this confirms something I deeply believe: everything—your thoughts, feelings, and actions—is energy.
