My birthday is December 26th.

It falls in that space between the holidays, after the gifts and gatherings, but before the noise of New Year’s celebrations and resolutions.

This year, during this birthday in-between time, I realized that I was less interested in goal setting and more interested in letting go of things that no longer serve me aka thoughts, activities and people that are holding me back.

I am ready to live life full out, untethered, in wild abandon!

And I recognize that this starts as a journey of Undoing.

  • Undoing the stories that keep me small.
  • Undoing the expectations that were never really mine.
  • Undoing the versions of myself I have outgrown but keep dragging forward.
  • Undoing of the me that holds me back out of fear or lame excuses.

So instead of asking, “What do I want to achieve in 2026?”

I am asking something much more powerful:

“What am I finally ready to release?”

And I ask you, are you ready to join me in our personal and professional Un-doing?

I hope so because Un-doing sounds like an adventure and adventures are always better with others alongside.

So, if you are in, then let’s start with reflecting. Here are the same reflection prompts I’m sitting with right now. I invite you to sit with them too:

Reflection Prompts

  • What am I ready to un-carry into 2026?
  • Which voices or expectations am I finally ready to un-hear?
  • What story about myself am I ready to un-believe?
  • Where am I ready to un-shrink?
  • Who am I ready to un-hook?
  • Where am I done un-being myself?

Ladies, let’s make 2026 the year that unravels what’s been holding us back.

Our burnout.

Our doubt.

The quiet, toxic expectations we’ve been living inside.

Because sometimes the best resolution we can make is to stop trying to become someone new … and start undoing everything that isn’t an expression of our authentic self, who we are today.

Stay inspiHER’d AND Come Undone,

Will 2026 Be Your Undoing? Let’s Hope So!
