Laurie began her journey studying business and information technology at the University of Texas (Hook ‘em Horns!). Her career kicked off as a software engineer, but she soon followed her heart and transitioned into technology recruiting and software sales.
In 1995, Laurie founded The Laso Corporation, transforming it into a multi-million-dollar boutique information technology search firm. Around 2010, Laurie knew it was time for a new direction. She leaned into her passion for supporting women to achieve their career dreams and embraced her natural intuitive coaching instincts.
Certified as a coach in 2015, Laurie is an expert in guiding women through job search, career advancement, or a career pivot with ease.
Her practical expertise spans up-leveling her clients’ personal branding materials, helping build interviewing and negotiation skills, cultivating leadership and career presence, and creating a career plan to move their career dreams forward confidently and authentically.
