Our client is hiring a Workday Product Owner to drive the vision and strategy for the Workday ecosystem.

About the Workday Product Owner Responsibilities:

You will:

• Champion efforts and facilitate/drive alignment among prominent stakeholders.
• Be responsible for collecting a wide range of important data points.
• Develop/market a product vision and strategy and interpret requirements from business stakeholders to technical teams.
• Be directly involved with documenting business processes, procedures, and workflows to appropriately define data/system requirements.
• Make dynamic prioritization decisions in an agile environment and refine the product while producing technical roadmaps.

About the Workday Product Owner Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience of Workday and HRIS systems
• 5+ years of proven management experience which involves documenting business processes, procedures, & workflows.
• Proven collaboration experience (written & verbal communications with high-level executives & stakeholders.
• 2+ years working with agile delivery teams
• Some Jira and cloud-based IT solutions experience necessary
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Proven management experience which involved documenting business processes, procedures, & workflows.
