    LOCATION:  Remote work, Contract Role, starting July 1, 2021

    SALARY:  $65/hr - $85/hr

    About the UX Researcher Position:

    You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to be able to understand the research objectives that are needed by our clients.

    About the UX Researcher Responsibilities:

    • Design, conduct, analyze, and report on user-centered design research and usability testing
    • Identify user needs and goals
    • Conduct research both on-line and in the field to provide the mental model to how users are accomplishing daily/weekly/monthly tasks
    • Conduct in-depth and advanced research both in qualitative and quantitative methods
    • Task and workflow modeling as well as unmoderated usability testing, and more formal, in-depth testing
    • Understand fully the user experience that you will be diving in to

    About the UX Researcher Requirements:

    • 4+ years UX experience working with Figma or similar tools to create user research artifacts
    • Comfort launching and iterating quickly and using data
    • Experience conducting user research
    • Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics
    • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Work collaboratively with other teams
    • Good time-management skills
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
    • Understand and be familiar with experience maps
