About the Salesforce Solution Architect Position:

Looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect that will own and deliver complex cloud-based solutions using technologies of Salesforce, Heroku and J2EE.  You will architect and design complex solution components.  You will need to have strong leading skills in all stages of the software development life cycle.

About the Salesforce Solution Architect Responsibilities:

• Own the overall technical design
• Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches
• Review design elements and sign off on the overall technical design
• Work with project teams to ensure that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensure that proper testing is implemented, and performance/security requirements are closely monitored
• Use both waterfall and agile software development for enterprise-level Salesforce projects
• Define the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and use tools like ETL, Marketing Automation and more

About the Salesforce Solution Architect Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems
• 5+ years direct experience in software development life cycle
• Familiar with Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Cloud
• Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools

• Must have excellent oral and written communication
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
