About the Human Resource Manager Position:

Looking for a Human Resource Manager that will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer.  You will assist in providing the foundational and ongoing support to help drive efficiency, capability and engagement across the sports field.  Potential for career advancement to Director level within 2 years.

About the Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop, recommend, implement and monitor employee relations practice and policies
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements with all federal, state and local employment laws
• Analyze data and make recommendations to management for corrective action and continuous improvement
• Work with team members to determine staffing needs
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source, hire and onboard the right talent
• Maintain departmental records and reports

About the Human Resource Manager Requirements:

• 5-8 years of Human Resource Leadership experience
• 2+ years’ experience of best practice relations related work
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Highly organized with prioritizing multiple projects and meeting of deadlines
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as job duties demand
• Bachelors' Degree is required
